In case you do not remember the login password, you can generate a new password from the "Forgot password" menu on the My Fibank login page www.my.fibank.bg 
You need to fill in:
- username;
- answer to your secret question (if you have not asked one so far, you will do so at this step);
- new password;
- repeat the new password;
- you will receive a code sent as an SMS;
- to complete the procedure, enter the received confirmation code.
