In case, you don’t remember the password for login you can reset it by using option "Lost Password" from the login page of My Fibank:

You have to fill in the blank spaces with the following information:
- username and email of the registration;
- new password ;
- choose the method for confirmation :
– via SMS code, that you will receive on the phone number, registered in My Fibank(it is chosen automatically, if there is phone number in the registration);
– email and client number;
